The Contracts Administration Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that all client, supplier, lease, and third-party agreements across the UAE and KSA are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. By providing strong contractual governance and partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, legal representatives, and external lawyers, this role safeguards the company’s interests and enables smooth, compliant commercial operations.


What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and manage client contracts covering product specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, warranties, amendments, renewals, and dispute resolution.

• Draft, review, and manage supplier agreements including pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, payment terms, liabilities, amendments, and renewals.

• Review and manage lease agreements and contracts with landlords for offices, warehouses, retail locations, and other facilities.

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with third-party agencies, IT vendors, consultants, and contractors for fit-out, renovation, and maintenance works.

• Ensure contracts comply with UAE and KSA laws and regulations, advising on risks and mitigation steps.

• Liaise with legal representatives and internal stakeholders to negotiate terms and resolve contractual issues.

• Coordinate with external lawyers and customers on doubtful debt cases, supporting documentation, follow-up, and legal actions.

• Handle specialized legal instruments including promissory notes in KSA.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date contract records and documentation.

• Provide expert support on disputes, claims, liabilities, and compliance requirements across UAE and KSA.

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and project teams to align contracts with business needs.

• Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting commercial agreements in both jurisdictions.


What You Should Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced legal qualifications preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in contract administration or legal advisory roles in UAE and KSA.

• Deep knowledge of UAE and KSA commercial, contractual, and legal frameworks.

• Proven experience managing client and supplier contracts and working with legal representatives.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation abilities with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple contracts and legal matters simultaneously.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel occasionally between UAE and KSA.
