About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven Contract Administrator who brings a strong can-do attitude, enjoys problem solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This isn’t just another admin role, it’s a genuine entry point into the civil infrastructure industry, with clear opportunities to grow and build a long-term career.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and stakeholders across all levels of the business, so your ability to build relationships, communicate confidently, and solve problems will be just as important as your technical skills. We’re open to candidates from diverse industry backgrounds. what matters most is your mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn and step up.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Support project delivery across safety, cost, time, and quality
• Prepare and track project budgets, daily costing, and procurement activities
• Contribute to planning activities alongside Supervisors, Engineers, and HSEQ teams
• Build strong, transparent relationships with clients and stakeholders
