Content Strategist Performance And Growth

If your background is in content strategy for creator-style or publisher-style pages and not corporate brand accounts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage assigned channels end-to-end (primarily YouTube and Facebook)
• Analyze content performance and identify patterns of what works
• Improve hooks, storytelling, and overall content packaging (titles, thumbnails, structure)
• Develop and refine content ideas based on performance insights
• Work closely with editors to guide content direction and improvements
• Create and manage content plans (pulses, briefs, calendar)
• Ensure consistency in output and alignment with platform strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of social media content performance (especially YouTube & Facebook)
• Ability to identify why content performs or fails
• Experience with content optimization (hooks, retention, packaging)
• Proactive mindset — not just executing tasks, but improving results
• Good communication and collaboration with editors and team
• Ability to manage multiple channels and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have:

• Experience with viral / storytelling content
• Understanding of audience behavior and engagement patterns
• Experience working with short-form and long-form content
