As a Creative Strategist, you will be the storyteller behind our brand voice—transforming ideas into narratives that inspire, engage, and convert. You will help shape how our FMCG and D2C brands connect with consumers through meaningful storytelling, integrated campaigns, and insight-driven creativity. This role is designed to support Emirati talent development, offering mentorship, exposure, and growth across brand strategy, content creation, and digital performance.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Strategy & Planning
Support the development and execution of the brand’s content strategy and editorial calendar across digital, social, e-commerce, PR, and influencer channels.
Assist in building campaign-based storytelling frameworks aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and seasonal moments.
Collaborate closely with design, social media, and performance teams to ensure message consistency.
Participate in content audits and performance reviews to help refine strategies using data and insights.
Content Creation & Management
Contribute to ideation, scripting, and briefing for creative content including social posts, videos, and campaign assets.
Write and review content for social media, websites, blogs, packaging, and brand collaterals under guidance.
Ensure brand tone, voice, and visual identity are consistently reflected across all content.
Coordinate with video and design teams to support execution of creative deliverables.
Brand Storytelling & Campaign Support
Help build emotionally engaging brand stories that resonate with target audiences.
Support multi-platform campaigns integrating influencer, PR, and event narratives.
Assist in brand partnerships and activations through cohesive storytelling.
Performance & Optimization
Track basic engagement, reach, and content performance metrics.
Support A/B testing of creative formats and messaging.
Stay updated on content trends, digital formats, and competitor activity in the UAE and GCC markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with SEO, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to enhance content visibility.
Support sales and trade marketing with POSM, packaging content, and retail storytelling.
Coordinate with influencer and event teams to maintain unified brand communication.
What Makes You a Great Fit
UAE National (Emiratization role)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience or strong internship exposure in content, marketing, or brand roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
Strong interest in storytelling, consumer psychology, and brand building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Familiarity with social platforms, content planning tools, analytics, or AI-assisted tools is an advantage.
Organized, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
