About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Marketing Content Producer to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing our world-class destinations to life through compelling visual storytelling across photography, videography, and digital content.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, produce and deliver high-quality photography, videography and visual content across Dubai Holding Entertainment’s portfolio of attractions
• Develop and manage a structured content calendar to support campaigns across social, digital and offline channels
• Coordinate and oversee content shoots, ensuring timely execution and consistently high production standards
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across parks, attractions, and corporate teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful content
• Maintain and organise a central content library, ensuring assets are up to date, easily accessible and aligned with brand standards
• Support B2B content requirements across functions such as HR, Sales and shared services initiatives
• Work with external agencies, influencers and partners to deliver content aligned to campaign briefs and timelines
• Drive content excellence by ensuring consistency, creativity and adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs
• Identify emerging trends, technologies and innovations within content production to continuously enhance output and engagement
• Provide on-the-ground support for shoots and activations when needed, including occasional evening or weekend work

About You

The ideal candidate is a creative content specialist with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for producing engaging, high-quality multimedia content in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Solid experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise
• Proven experience managing end-to-end content production, including planning, scheduling and execution
• Strong knowledge of brand guidelines and the ability to translate them into compelling visual assets
• Experience working with content calendars and delivering campaigns across multiple channels
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations, agency management and external vendor coordination
• Technical proficiency in video production tools, with drone filming experience considered advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Creativity, attention to detail and a continuous drive to innovate and improve content quality
