TEAM LEWIS saw that support was crucial and change was needed to make that happen. Our local causes scheme was launched. Every member of TEAM LEWIS can nominate a local cause close to their heart to receive a cash donation. In addition, nominated causes can also benefit from a donation in kind of expertise, time, and resources. In the past year TEAM LEWIS has donated almost $2million to 445 causes around the world.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator (Automotive Video & Social Specialist) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on creator with a strong passion for the automotive industry and a talent for visual storytelling.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality automotive video and social content that drives engagement and elevates brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Video & Content Creation

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit automotive video content including test drives, reviews, launches, behind-the-scenes, and social-first formats.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Capture high-quality photography and short-form video for social posts and stories.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with automotive audiences in the Middle East.
  
  

Social & Platform Expertise

• Deliver platform-optimized video and social content with fast turnarounds, tailored to the requirements and trends of each platform.
• Stay up to date with social media, video, and automotive content trends and apply them creatively.
• Support creative thinking and content planning alongside the wider team.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams across multiple markets to align on content objectives and deliverables.
• Confidently present content ideas and creative rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
  
  

About You

• Proven experience creating video and social content in the UAE, with a strong automotive portfolio.
• Hands-on technical expertise in video production using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Strong passion for cars, automotive culture, and digital storytelling.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong content writing and scripting skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with fast turnaround times.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced agency environment.
