Job Description

🎬 Content Creator Internship (aka: Your Camera Roll Is About to Get Serious)

Who You Are

  • You’re the kind of person who can’t scroll TikTok without thinking, “I could make that better.” And honestly? You probably could.
  • You live for content. Not just watching it, making it. From random 2am ideas to edits you obsess over way too long, you love turning chaos into something people actually want to watch.
  • One day you’re brainstorming scroll-stopping ideas for Reels & TikTok. The next, you’re filming like a mini Spielberg (but with better vertical framing)
  • Then suddenly you’re deep in editing, tweaking cuts by 0.2 seconds like it matters (it does, unfortunately).
  • You get social media. Not just trends, but why they work.
  • You don’t chase trends blindly… you remix them, upgrade them, and make them make sense for a brand.
  • Basically: you’re creative, a little obsessed, and probably way too comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

🎯 Coming up with ideas people won’t scroll past

Turn “we need content” into “wait… that’s actually good.”

🎥 Filming content that doesn’t look like it was shot on a potato

Work with talent, angles, lighting, make it feel like something.

✂️ Editing like retention depends on it (because it does)

Fast cuts, strong hooks, smooth transitions—goodbye boring.

✨ Adding that extra sauce

Think motion graphics, subtle VFX, and those little details that make people go “okay that’s clean.”

💡 Working with actual humans (teams, not just your For You page)

Collaborate with creative marketing people to make ideas hit harder.

📈 Keeping An Eye On What Works

Track performance, learn what people love, and do more of that. Revolutionary, I know.

You'll get trained on our EMoD (Entertain Me or Die) principles and onboarded to Mixtape (our internal inspo tool) and have complete creative freedom across one of our accounts!

What You’ll Bring (Don’t Panic, Read First)

We’re not expecting you to be a fully formed production house… but you should have:

  • A portfolio that shows you make stuff.
  • A good instinct for what works on TikTok / Reels
  • Basic filming skills (yes, framing matters—shocking)
  • Editing skills (Premiere, Resolve, After Effects = bonus points, gold star, applause)
  • The ability to adapt when things go wrong (they will, it’s content)
  • Curiosity, creativity, and the willingness to try ideas that might flop (character building)
  • What Success Looks Like (a.k.a. KPIs but make it less soul-crushing)
  • You’re consistently putting out content (and not last-minute panic edits)
  • People actually engage with what you create (likes, comments, shares—not just your mom)
  • Viewers stick around instead of abandoning ship after 2 seconds
  • You’re spotting trends early and using them well, not awkwardly late
  • Your first drafts don’t cause emotional damage to the team
  • You get faster, sharper, and more creative over time

Why This Internship Doesn’t Suck

  • You’ll actually create, not just sit in meetings pretending to understand strategy
  • You’ll build a portfolio that isn’t embarrassing
  • You’ll learn what works in the real world, not just in your head
  • You’ll leave knowing how to turn ideas into content people care about
