Role Description

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist who can bring our brand to life through impactful visuals, engaging campaigns, and consistent storytelling across all digital channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on creator comfortable behind the camera, in front of the editing suite, and inside campaign dashboards. You’ll be responsible for producing videos, managing social profiles, running WhatsApp and email campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, listings, and campaigns
• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) with a consistent and engaging posting schedule
• Design and execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and inquiries
• Create short-form video scripts, reels, and lifestyle storytelling that reflect Elite LUX’s tone and brand identity
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce property videos, client stories, and event highlights
• Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and optimize future content based on data insights
• Stay updated on real estate trends, Dubai market movements, and social media best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation
• Skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent tools
• Strong creative eye for storytelling, framing, lighting, and composition
• Hands-on experience managing social media profiles and engagement growth
• Knowledge of email and WhatsApp marketing tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and campaign performance metrics
• Familiarity with real estate or hospitality content is preferred
