Consumer Insights Lead- Emerging Markets

Location: Dubai (Alternative: Istanbul/Amsterdam)

About The Position

We’re looking for a bold, data-driven, consumer-loving insights leader to guide our journey. As the Consumer Insights Lead, you will be the voice of the consumer at the leadership table, fueling strategy, innovation, and execution with insights that matter.

Reporting to the SVP Marketing Emerging Markets, your mission will be to ensure every decision is backed by truth, relevance, and forward-thinking foresight. You will build step up our consumer understanding in the Emerging Markets.

What Will You Do

  • Strategic Insights Leadership: You will define and execute consumer insights strategy for the Emerging Markets, integrating traditional research with advanced analytics and AI- powered solutions to translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Consumer Understanding & Research Excellence: Design and implement world class qualitative and quantitative research programs to identify macro and micro trends shaping the future of food, health, and sustainability across the Emerging Markets.
  • Market Intelligence & Category Strategy: Use syndicated data sources monitor market trends and identify white space opportunities to develop actionable business insights which translate into growth.
  • Innovation & Brand Acceleration: Partner with R&D and Innovation teams to validate ideas, test new concepts, refine go-to-market plans and support brand teams.
  • Team Building & Budget Mastery: Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the Emerging Markets marketing team. Optimize research investments and manage insights budget for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Innovation, Sales, and Digital Commerce, IT and Data, Legal and relevant external teams into all business decisions as required.

An Insight-Driven Strategist with 20+ years experience in consumer insights, market research, or analytics especially in CPG, Food or wellness
