Job Description

A delivery and operations oriented consulting profile responsible for supporting consulting project execution while also contributing to internal business operations. The role combines project coordination, governance, tender management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operational support, making it suitable for professionals who can manage multiple priorities across both client projects and internal business needs.

Project Management

• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple consulting engagements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate project activities across cross functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.
  
  

• Establish and maintain project governance documentation, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor project KPIs, budget performance, risks, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational methodologies, internal standards, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare executive dashboards, progress updates, and management presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in project management, operations, management consulting, or related fields.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to consulting, quality management, digital transformation, operational excellence, or organizational improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in proposal writing, tender management, and client coordination is highly desirable.
