SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Plastic Surgeon with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide expert plastic and reconstructive surgical care, perform advanced cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, manage complex surgical cases, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes in accordance with international medical standards.

• Perform cosmetic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Evaluate patients, provide consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and explain surgical options.
• Perform pre-operative assessments, surgical procedures, and post-operative follow-up care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and international clinical standards.

• MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery / Reconstructive Surgery or an equivalent specialty.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon.
• Strong experience in cosmetic, reconstructive, and plastic surgery procedures.
• Experience in pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, and post-operative patient management.
• UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, Canadian, or equivalent Western qualifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex surgical cases and achieving high standards of patient care.
• Excellent surgical, clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
