What you’ll achieve
As a Consultant - Partner Management you will compliment existing Partner Management and Field Delivery functions.
You will:
Structural Classification: Ability to travel within the entire CEEMETA region and support service sales and delivery by representing the partner component. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Join service sales planning to identify best partner to engage. Strategic accounts: Engage as necessary to work directly with delivery team & partners to ensure appropriate delivery performance. Ensure service delivery alignment and address issues promptly being involved in escalations with partners.
Does NOT engage directly with customers to include customers’ escalations for partner accountability. Drive integrated global/theatre partner program aligned to Line of Business (LOB) needs.
Own strategic partner planning (18–24 months’ horizon) and local engagement in top countries.
Rationalize and drive integrated global partner program agenda spanning GPS LOBs (Dell deploy, consulting, residency).Functions as a strategic Business partner with Dell Technology Services (DTS) field delivery and field services sales teams with the goal of providing variable partner subcontracting delivery model in alignment with Delivery 18–24 months’ plan.
Utilize strong matrix and influencing skills to effectively manage relationships to include but not limited to Delivery, Resource Management, Field Operations, Service Sales, Procurement, and Finance. Responsible for development of globally consistent partner subcontracting programs/metrics to measure service partner quality & performance driving continuous improvement.
Lead in-theatre transformation. Identify and incorporate industry best practices in collaboration with other Partner Managers. Collaborate cross-functionally with field delivery and other business partners to identify programmatic and systematic opportunities. Leverage cross functional organizations for partner subcontracting support. Financial Management: align with theatre delivery to accomplish annual AOP. Support CWaaS and residency advisory efforts.
