Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon (UK, CCT) to join our clients team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma surgery, as well as a passion for providing the highest quality of care to their patients. Key Responsibilities
Perform surgical procedures and consultations for patients with traumatic injuries, including fractures, dislocations, and ligament tears
Provide expert care and advice to patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care
Follow best practices and established protocols to ensure the highest quality of care for patients
Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
Keep up-to-date with advancements in trauma surgery and implement new techniques and technologies when appropriate
Train and mentor other medical staff, including residents and interns, in trauma surgery techniques and procedures
Participate in departmental meetings and take on administrative and leadership responsibilities as needed
Maintain complete and accurate records and reports related to patient care and procedures
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the medical profession
Qualifications
CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery from the UK
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
Strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of trauma surgery, including soft tissue injuries, fractures, and post-traumatic complications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and patients
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to providing high-quality care
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills would be an asset
