Role Summary

Support cross-functional pods to deliver high-quality work from discovery through implementation. Structure problems, analyze data, and build clear storylines for client readouts. Learn PMO basics and develop client presence quickly. Own defined work packages and contribute to firm knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Run focused discovery: schedule interviews, capture notes, and synthesis insights.
• Structure problems using i.e. MECE logic and hypothesis statements.
• Build clean driver-based models in Excel or Sheets and validate data and assumptions.
• Create crisp slides that tell a story and support executive communication.
• Support workshop design and facilitation; capture decisions, actions, and owners.
• Track tasks, issues, risks, and dependencies; follow through to closure.
• Draft operating model, process, Procedures artefacts using firm templates.
• Maintain version control and quality assurance across deliverables.
• Prepare weekly status updates and milestone reports.
• Contribute to knowledge capture, templates, and case write-ups.
• Uphold confidentiality, ethics, and data accuracy at all times.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, economics, data, or related field.
• Certifications a plus: CAPM, PMP, six Sigma (green, yellow, black).
• bilingual English and Arabic is required.
  
  

• 1 to 3 years in consulting, PMO, operations, or analyst roles.
• Exposure to process mapping, benchmarking, light financial analysis, PMO reporting, or pilot
  
  

• Experience with government entities in GCC is a plus.
  
  

• Travel up to 25 to 40 % depending on engagement.
• Flexible hours aligned to client deadlines.
