Consultant Interventional Cardiologist - Abu Dhabi

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a board-certified Consultant Interventional Cardiologist to join a leading hospital in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced cardiovascular diagnostics and minimally invasive procedures, with a strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex cardiovascular conditions including coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, and acute cardiac syndromes
• Perform interventional procedures such as:  
  
  

• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, imaging specialists, and emergency teams for integrated care
• Participate in cardiac cath lab development, quality assurance, and technology upgrades
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations, including emergency cardiac interventions
• Contribute to CME programs, clinical audits, and research initiatives
  
  

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in a high-volume cardiac center
• Eligible for DOH Consultant licensure (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi)
• Proficiency in advanced interventional techniques and imaging modalities
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
  
  

• Tax-free salary: AED 80,000–90,000/month (commensurate with experience)
