We are currently partnering with a reputed private healthcare group in Dubai to recruit an experienced and Western-qualified Consultant Internal Medicine physician.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Internal Medicine to provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care for adult patients with a broad spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, delivering exceptional clinical care while maintaining the highest international standards of patient safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

·         Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of adult medical conditions.

·         Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines.

·         Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Internal Medicine services.

·         Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians.

·         Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures.

·         Manage complex medical cases requiring multidisciplinary collaboration.

·         Supervise junior physicians and participate in clinical teaching where applicable.

·         Participate in medical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance activities.

·         Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation.

·         Promote preventive healthcare and patient education.

·         Maintain compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and international accreditation standards.

·         Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

·         Completion of accredited postgraduate training in Internal Medicine.

·         Western qualification is mandatory, including one of the following:

o    American Board Certification

o    CCT/CCST (United Kingdom)

o    Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP)

o    Royal College of Physicians (UK or Ireland)

o    Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC)

o    Equivalent Tier 1 qualification recognized under UAE PQR.
