Job Description

The Consultant in Insurance Claims Services plays a crucial role in advising and supporting clients in the insurance claims process. This role involves working closely with clients to review and analyze their claims, ensuring all aspects meet the required standards and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with legal teams on complex claims requiring litigation or negotiation.

  • Participate in networking events to promote organizational claims advisory services.
  • Provide leadership in conflict resolution between clients and insurers during claims disputes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims management or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex insurance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple claims projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and related tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
