Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

Betreuung und Beratung von juristischen Personen des öffentlichen Rechts sowie von Kapital- und Personengesellschaften, schwerpunktartig im Saarland,
Erstellung von Gutachten, Stellungnahmen, Anträgen und Rechtsbehelfen, häufig in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren kommunal-, beihilfe- und wirtschaftsrechtlich tätigen Rechtsanwälten
Erstellung von Steuererklärungen
Umstrukturierung unserer Mandanten
Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen, Analyse steuerlicher Risiken und Führen von Rechtsbefehlsverfahren
