JOB PURPOSE:

• We are seeking an experienced Consultant Endocrinologist to join our multidisciplinary medical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, with a strong focus on patient-centered clinical excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• • Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
  • Provide comprehensive care for diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and other endocrine conditions.
  • Conduct outpatient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing patient follow-up.
  • Manage complex endocrine cases and collaborate with other specialties as required.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

Qualifuications, Experience & Skills:

• • Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Completion of an accredited Residency Program in Endocrine.
  • Fellowship, Board Certification - recognized qualification in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine, acceptable to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) for Consultant License
  • Valid DHA Consultant License in Endocrinology, or Eligibility Letter with the ability to obtain licensure before joining.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD/CME) in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of post-residency clinical experience, including at least 3–4 years practicing as a Consultant in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine at a tertiary care hospital.
