Job Overview

As a consultant dermatologist, you will be responsible for providing specialized dermatological services to our patients. You will also be involved in developing and implementing treatment plans, making clinical judgments, and managing a wide range of skin conditions. Your expertise and knowledge in the field will play a crucial role in promoting patient satisfaction and delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough consultations and physical examinations of patients with skin conditions
  • Performing diagnostic tests and procedures, such as skin biopsies, patch testing, and allergy testing
  • Prescribing and administering topical and oral medications, as well as advanced treatments, such as chemical peels, dermal fillers, and laser therapy
  • Collaborating with other specialists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Providing patient education and counseling on skin care and the prevention of skin diseases
  • Participating in clinical research and staying updated with the latest advancements and developments in dermatology
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and complying with medical standards and guidelines
  • Leading and supervising a team of junior doctors, nurses, and technicians

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Dermatologist in a reputable hospital
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A patient-centric approach and passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Candidates must have a Western education/training.
