  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors and construction personnel on the job site.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings to discuss progress and plan adjustments.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards across the construction site.
  • Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to the construction site.
  • Coordinate site logistics and optimize use of site resources for efficiency.
  • Handle any disputes or conflicts that arise on the construction site professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and correspondences.
  • Assist in the development of project schedules and monitor adherence to timelines.
  • Evaluate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
