We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, securing permits, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that construction projects meet design specifications and are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As the Construction Project Manager, you will also be a problem solver and must have excellent organizational and leadership skills. You will be the key contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met and that any issues are resolved promptly. Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and legal requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely completion.
• Hire and oversee the work of workers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts and work orders with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates.
• Control the quality of work performed and ensure it meets standards.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment on-site.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards in construction.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
