Job Description

The Construction Project Manager is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects, from inception to completion. This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising a wide range of construction projects, including the building and renovation of commercial, residential, and industrial structures. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and communication skills, effectively working with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects within the set timelines and budget constraints. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and key stakeholders to understand project specifications and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager handling large-scale projects.
  • Thorough understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills are crucial for success.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and drawings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or equivalent, is an advantage.
