The Construction Manager - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects focusing specifically on the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. As a senior leader on the construction site, you will be responsible for ensuring that the MEP elements of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the integration of MEP systems aligns with the overall construction plan. This position requires a deep understanding of construction processes, as well as expertise in project management. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align MEP designs with project goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for the MEP components.
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with industry standards and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in MEP construction management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, design principles, and construction practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple MEP projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven track record.
