Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage MEP project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against established timelines.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between clients, design teams, and construction crews.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project specifications are met.
• Analyse and resolve MEP related conflicts and technical issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP construction management roles.
