The Construction Manager - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of MEP construction projects. This role requires a professional with comprehensive experience in directing MEP systems installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. The Construction Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to help bring visions to life while maintaining strict standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive MEP construction plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
• Ensure MEP installations meet all regulatory and quality compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in MEP construction management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and respective construction techniques.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for effective project execution.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Valid professional certification in construction or project management highly preferred.
