The Construction Manager is integral to ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role requires expertise in overseeing all aspects of construction through effective project planning, coordination, and supervision. A strong leader, the Construction Manager will liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution and resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in construction management. Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion effectively.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs accurately.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors on site daily.
• Ensure all work is conducted according to development plans and building regulations.
• Monitor compliance with construction safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
• Address any project delays, emergencies, or other issues that may arise during construction.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders consistently.
• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor necessary for project completion.
• Prepare internal and external reports concerning job status to ensure clear communication.
• Ensure that construction projects meet high-quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite environment at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role in the industry.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Knowledge of construction management software, such as Procore or Buildertrend, is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and management skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Current knowledge of industry regulations and the ability to ensure compliance effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
