We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer cum Manager to oversee and manage a private villa construction project. This role requires end-to-end site management, coordination with stakeholders, and full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities for a private villa project

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Liaise with UAE government authorities for permits and approvals

• Handle all project documentation, submissions, and online portals

• Monitor timelines, site progress, quality, and safety compliance

• Ensure adherence to local regulations and standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in private villa construction

• Strong background in construction engineering and project management

• Solid knowledge of UAE permits, approvals, and authority processes

• Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and contractors

• Highly organised, independent, and strong communicator
