Key Responsibilities

As a Flight Attendant, you will prioritize warm hospitality by making every flight an unforgettable experience with dedication and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for ensuring and complying with all safety regulations on board while delivering top-level service through deep knowledge of premium products and anticipation of guest needs. You will confidently manage the onboard product range and assist guests with in-flight purchases, while professionally addressing passenger inquiries and concerns with the aim of finding the best solutions. On new routes within Asia, you will serve as the central contact for Mandarin-speaking guests and support seamless communication with local ground service partners. As a team player, you will work closely with your colleagues, enjoy rotating crews, and contribute to smooth onboard operations.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old, have completed at least secondary education, and demonstrate fluency in German, English, and Mandarin at a minimum B2 level. The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, enjoys engaging in conversation, and takes pleasure in providing service and creating a comfortable atmosphere. Strength in teamwork and resilience is essential, along with the ability to present oneself confidently and maintain a well-groomed appearance. A minimum height of 160 cm, the ability to swim, full availability for travel, and the capability to reach the assigned base airport at any time within 90 minutes are also required.
