Concierge

A Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at a hotel, residential building, or other establishments. They serve as the main point of contact for visitors, fulfilling requests, offering recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting the needs of guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby or reception area
• Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
• Manage phone calls and messages efficiently
• Monitor security cameras and ensure a safe environment for guests
• Handle special requests such as floral arrangements or gift deliveries
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide seamless customer service
• Keep records of guest interactions and feedback for future reference
• Stay updated on local happenings and trends to offer personalized recommendations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
