One private family based in Dubai is seeking a UK & European-trained concierge physician for the household clinical continuity appointment.

The role calls for a physician of quiet competence and trust that grows over years.

As the familys routine shifts from Dubai to London, Marbella, the Côte dAzur or Switzerland, you remain their clinician, because familiar faces matter most away from home.

Your contract is with the family in a direct agreement, once our verification of your registration is complete.

Requirements

The role requires a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP) in the UK or Europe, in good standing.

The family expects 5+ years of independent clinical practice so that you manage a routine confidently.

UK or European training and registration are the entry standard for every concierge physician we introduce, and we hold that line on every appointment.

Professional English and a signed confidentiality agreement are prerequisites for the role.

Composure, sound judgement and the ability to blend into daily routine are vital.

You must be willing to join European and international trips as part of the role.

Benefits

Salary: £218,000 a year gross.

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover.

You receive paid annual leave under a permanent contract with the family.

The family is your employer personally, once our verification of your registration is complete.

Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.

Engagement essentials

Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.

Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the familys own office and advisers.
