The role of a concierge in a hotel or hospitality setting is vital, as it contributes significantly to the overall guest experience. A concierge is responsible for handling guest issues, reservations, and providing information about local attractions, dining, and activities. At 23N25, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about hospitality and is eager to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests.


Responsibilities

  • Provide guests with detailed information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Assist guests by making reservations for dining, events, and activities.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions and points of interest.
  • Manage and maintain a database of guest preferences and history for a personalized experience.
  • Arrange transportation services for guests within the city or to the airport.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and events in the hospitality industry.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel management and staff to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present accurate bills and receipts for guest services.
  • Ensure lobby and concierge area are presentable and stocked with necessary materials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area and the ability to provide trusted recommendations.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and conduct, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other IT systems is desirable.
