Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and efficient Concierge to join our team at one of the city's most prestigious establishments. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your main responsibility is to ensure their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You will provide valuable information about the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area. Additionally, you may also assist with various requests and reservations, ensuring that guests' needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities to guests.
  • Assist guests with personal services, such as booking reservations and tickets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized concierge desk and lobby area at all times.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Offer local insights and recommendations tailored to guest preferences and needs.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with all guests.
  • Keep records and logs of daily activities and guest requests for reference.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are conducted in a courteous, respectful manner.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards and policies in all guest services and operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using hotel software and office management systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous for diverse guests.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
