Comprehensive Support Autonomous Vehicle Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a Comprehensive Support professional to provide operational and administrative support to an autonomous vehicle operations team.

The position will help strengthen and standardize internal operational processes while coordinating the full personnel lifecycle, including onboarding, training, day-to-day workforce management and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with operational teams to standardize and strengthen internal support functions.

• Support the development and implementation of internal management policies based on operational requirements.

• Coordinate administrative and operational processes across the team.

• Manage and organize full-cycle personnel processes.

• Coordinate onboarding requirements for new employees.

• Support employee training and operational readiness activities.

• Assist with day-to-day workforce and on-the-job management processes.

• Coordinate employee offboarding activities.

• Maintain accurate personnel and operational records.

• Support continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes.

• Provide general coordination support to ensure effective day-to-day team operations.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in operations support, administration, HR coordination, workforce coordination or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Experience coordinating onboarding, training or employee processes would be advantageous.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to develop and follow structured internal processes.

• Good documentation and record-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven operational environment.

• UAE experience would be advantageous
