About The Role

The Compliance / SMS Officer will reporting directly to the Safety Manager and Quality Manager and will be responsible for supporting both departments.

Primary Duties

• Processing of Aviation SMS reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actions
• Perform on-site audits / inspections
• Implement documentation reviews and revisions
• Assist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutes
• Establish good working relationship with DCAF staff
• Promote QMS & SMS throughout the company
• Any other tasks as determined by the SMS Manager and QMS Manager
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Certificate
• Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license essential
• Previous experience within SMS
  
  

Job-Specific Skills

• Good knowledge of SMS
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)
• Previous experience working with IQSMS
• Basic knowledge of WebManuals
• Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
