we are looking for a skilled compliance lawyer to support diverse compliance matters and initiatives, with particular emphasis on privacy. The ideal candidate combines a sense and diligence of a compliance person along with profound legal knowledge and sharp, commercially minded judgment.

This position calls for someone capable of operating independently with integrity, while also excelling in collaboration, teamwork and partnership with the business. Strong soft skills and a talent for motivating and engaging colleagues - are essential to succeed in this role. Technological proficiency and proven commercial experience are significant advantages.

What will your job look like?

• You will perform as an internal legal focal point for all privacy and data-protection matters, advising stakeholders across all Amdocs global business domains: corporate, procurement, customer-facing and product and R&D teams.
• You will be responsible for the continued development and improvement of Amdocs’ Privacy Compliance Program and related processes and support commercial engagements with vendors and customers by reviewing, drafting and negotiating data protection agreements and privacy and AI clauses.
• You will act as a close partner for IT, InfoSec, Product & R&D teams, guiding them on privacy, data protection and AI compliance aspects of their work.
  
  

All you need is...

• Law degree (LL.B, LL.M or JD) & Bar membership
• IAPP Privacy Certifications (CIPP/E, AIGP, CIPM, CIPT) or other officially worldwide recognized privacy certification – an advantage
• At least 5 years of legal experience in a hi-tech or compliance department of a prominent law-firm or legal department of an international hi-tech company; out of which at least 4 years of proven experience in practicing privacy and data-protection.
• Knowledge of privacy & data-protection and AI legislations around the world, in particular: GDPR, CCPA and other US State privacy laws, LGPD/Indias DPDPA, NIS2, CRA, DORA, the EU AI Act and more.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken) – a must.
