Competitive Pricing Analyst

Competitive Pricing Analysts will: gather competitor’s price, product assortment and promotion data; analyze competitive information and prepare reports and presentations for senior management; work with Demand Management Strategists, Analysts & Buyers and incorporate competitive pricing intelligence into the company’s pricing strategies, learn and follow all guidelines for reference prices.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for pricing of goods in order to stay competitive in the market.
• Conducts market research and makes recommendations regarding pricing policies.
• Maintains historical pricing data on the organization and its competitors.
• Responsible for learning and maintaining all guidelines for adding reference prices.
• Pricing Intelligence Analysts will learn and apply new skills as required to ensure the company’s success
• Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
• Follow legal policies as directed.
  
  

What You Should Have

• High energy level; creative thinking; ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment; great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with web browsing, running computer applications, and repetitive work
• Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• 2-4 years experience in a retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with web browsing and running computer applications.
  
  

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
