Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Company Formations Consultant to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will take a consultative approach to understand how their business operates and recommend the most suitable company formation structure in Dubai. You will be responsible for converting leads, closing deals, and providing a seamless business setup experience while ensuring professionalism and client satisfaction. A basic understanding of Australian company formation, compliance and general taxation rules is essential to guide clients effectively in their relocation decisions.

This position is open to candidates currently based in Dubai or in Australia, provided they have relevant UAE company formation experience and strong familiarity with Australian regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and founders to analyze client needs and propose optimal corporate structures.
• Develop and present tailored solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Assist in the drafting of detailed proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Contribute to the development of competitive pricing strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the setup process.
• Maintain proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Liaise with clients during pre and post formation activities.
• Act as a key liaison between the advisory and operations departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of client projects.
• Facilitate the smooth transition of client requirements between teams.
• Regulatory Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth research on changes in UAE corporate regulations and identify new business opportunities within the region.
• Researching changes in regulations and new opportunities within the region.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after the completion of their business setup.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in UAE company formation and business setup (Mainland or Free Zone).
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s regulatory and compliance landscape for business owners.
• Strong commercial awareness of Australian taxation rules to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Ability to explain complex processes in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional approach to client interactions.
