Company Driver

ESM is looking for a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to support business operations, including employee transportation, vehicle maintenance, uniform stock management, and providing administrative support when required. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of transport services across the organisation.

Key Objectives

Safe & Reliable Transportation

• Ensure timely and safe transport of employees, executives, and new hires for airport pickups, business meetings, and other business-related requirements.
  
  
  

• Maintain company and assigned vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring regular servicing, annual inspections, and timely licensing renewals.
  
  
  

• Monitor, record, and maintain uniform stock levels, ensuring availability and timely replenishment as required.
  
  
  

• Provide administrative support to departments as required.
• Assist with document handling, deliveries, filing, and other administrative duties when needed.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the business through ad hoc administrative tasks.
  
  
  

• Valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record
  
  
  

• Knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
  
  
  

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional and courteous demeanour with excellent customer service skills
• High level IT skills and knowledge of technology
• Ability to manage workload and assignments to meet objectives and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
  
  
  

• Currently based in the UAE
• UAE driving licence is mandatory
• No notice period preferred
