Job Description
Enclave Dubai is looking to strengthen its Secondary Market division with property professionals who have a strong understanding of Dubais residential resale market.
We are particularly interested in candidates specialising in Dubai Hills Estate, Meydan and Dubai South, with knowledge of local property values, active listings, market trends and buyer requirements.
Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, established market intelligence and strong client relationships, Enclave provides agents with practical sales and marketing support to grow their business.
- Previous UAE real estate sales experience, preferably within the secondary market.
- Knowledge of Dubai Hills Estate, Meydan, Dubai South or other key Dubai communities.
- Understanding of resale pricing, property valuations and current market trends.
- Experience dealing with property owners, landlords, buyers and sellers.
- Ability to generate listings, manage enquiries and convert opportunities into transactions.
- Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
- 50%–70% commission.
- Fresh leads and marketing support.
