We are looking for a Community Builder to help grow, engage, and shape OneAssets Web3 community from the ground up—building meaningful relationships with users, contributors, and ecosystem partners while fostering an informed, vibrant, and trusted community around tokenised real-world assets.

Job Description

Community Building & Engagement

• Build, grow, and manage our Web3 community across X (Twitter), Discord, and/or Telegram
• Actively engage community members, respond to discussions, and keep conversations meaningful and constructive
• Shape and maintain the communitys tone, norms, and culture from the early stages
  
  

• Plan, organize, and host X Spaces and other live conversations
• Invite relevant KOLs, builders, operators, and ecosystem partners
• Develop discussion topics that spark thoughtful and engaging conversations
• Moderate live sessions and manage audience participation effectively
  
  

• Co-create and execute community campaigns with the Marketing Lead (e.g. AMAs, contributor programs, quests, feedback loops, launch activations)
• Translate marketing narratives into community-friendly formats
• Track engagement metrics and iterate based on performance and feedback
  
  

• Work closely with designers to produce community-facing content (e.g. Space posters, announcement graphics, short clips, recap posts)
• Propose content ideas informed by real community conversations and feedback
