Main Responsibilities

• Act as Communications Business Partner to General Managers and business units, particularly Vaccines, contributing to strategic communication planning and execution
• Create and drive colleague engagement initiatives, including internal events that bring teams together and strengthen culture
• Manage and enhance internal communication channels - from digital platforms to in-office dashboards - ensuring consistent, engaging messaging
• Develop compelling content for both internal and external audiences, including news articles, press releases, briefing documents, speeches, and social media posts
• Serve as a key media contact, building and maintaining positive relationships with journalists, media outlets, and relevant influencers
• Partner with brand teams and external agencies to amplify communications impact, localize global initiatives, and manage media relations
• Ensure all communications activities maintain compliance with internal Code of Ethics and professional standards
  
  

About You

• Experience: Proven track record in corporate or pharmaceutical communications, with demonstrated success in both internal engagement and external media relations. Experience in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or broader Gulf region (Oman, Kuwait, Qatar) is a strong advantage.
• Soft and technical skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities across multiple formats and channels; strong business acumen and stakeholder relationship management; strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities; confident influencing skills with ability to engage senior leaders; comfortable working autonomously in a matrixed environment; experience managing agencies and external partners
• Education: Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required
