Sales Representative - Commission-Based

YPI.AE is a UAE real estate portal and PropTech platform built for real estate agencies, brokers, developers and property professionals.

We are looking for motivated Commission-Based Sales Representatives / SDRs to help us onboard real estate agencies, brokers and developers across the UAE.

Your main mission will be to contact real estate businesses, introduce YPI.AE, explain the platform and convert them into paid monthly subscribers.

This is a remote, performance-based opportunity with recurring monthly commission.

What you will sell:

YPI.AE offers real estate agencies, brokers and developers a modern digital platform that includes property listings, agency profiles, agent profiles, CRM tools, lead management, analytics, promotional visibility options and Noura AI, our AI assistant for real estate professionals.

Your responsibilities:

Identify real estate agencies, brokers and developers in the UAE.

Contact decision-makers by phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and direct outreach.

Present YPI.AE and explain the benefits of joining the platform.

Book demos and onboarding calls when needed.

Follow up with prospects and convert them into paid subscribers.

Maintain clear communication and report your activity and results.

Build long-term relationships with agencies, brokers and developers.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role.

You will receive 15% recurring monthly commission on every paid subscription generated by you.

You continue earning commission for as long as the client remains subscribed and continues paying.

Commission is uncapped.

The more clients you bring, the more you earn.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for people with experience in sales, real estate sales, telesales, SDR, business development, lead generation or B2B outreach.

You should be confident speaking with agency owners, brokers, sales managers, developers and decision-makers.

Experience or contacts in the UAE real estate market will be considered a strong advantage.
