What Youll Be Doing

• Assist with daily mise en place and food preparation

• Prepare and organize workstations for service

• Help set up buffets and food displays to the highest standards

• Maintain proper storage, labelling, and handling of food products

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times

• Support the culinary team in delivering quality dishes and exceptional guest experiences

What Were Looking For

• Culinary Degree or Culinary Diploma

• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment

• Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn

• Basic computer skills

• Basic English communication skills

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
