Summary-

We are looking for a skilled Commis I to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our Gastro pub kitchen. The Commis I will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality and timely food production.

Job Responsibility-

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including cutting, chopping, and marinating
• Cook dishes as per the chef's instructions and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Ensure all food safety guidelines and regulations are followed
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
  
  

• Proven experience as a Commis I or similar role in a kitchen environment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
