Summary-

As a Commis I specializing in Italian Cuisine, you will work in a kitchen setting, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food quality meets the restaurants standards. You will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality Italian dishes.

Job Responsibility-

• Assist with the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes following Italian recipes.
• Ensure all food items are prepared and stored according to food safety standards.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet the restaurants standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food items.
  
  

• Proven experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in Italian cuisine.
• Knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from chefs.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant training programs is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and growth in the culinary field.
