Commis Chef

We are seeking a skilled and motivated 1st Commis Chef with experience in both hot and cold kitchen sections, to join our healthy food kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of clean, nutritious cooking methods and be passionate about preparing fresh, wholesome meals.

Key Responsibilities:-

- preparation and cooking of healthy dishes in both hot and cold sections

- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to hygiene standards

- Follow recipes and plating guidelines with attention to portion control and presentation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation

- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as 1st Commis or similar role

- Experience in both hot and cold sections is essential
