About The Role

As a Commis 1 - Gardge Manger, you will Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation and service in the assigned kitchens, bringing the Asian art of hosting to life with care and consistency—creating memorable moments and joyful experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food portioning, serving, requisitions, and receiving from stores.
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and service as required by management.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards consistently.
  
  

About You

• Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or All-Day Dining environment.
• Passionate about food, with creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and a collaborative team spirit.
