Your Role

This role will be a key liaison between the Finance and Commercial teams, utilizing strong commercial expertise to drive financial performance and enable strategic decision-making. As an integral part of our team, you will play a critical role in contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Forecasting and Business Planning

  • Enable commercial team in planning full year business plan and manage necessary planning files with monthly cash ups and revisions.
  • Enable business cases related to innovations, price changes and RTM changes with right tools and information.
  • Support business health checks with necessary financials on trade channels, business segments and portfolio.
  • Lead forecast submission as per deployed templates to regional and local stakeholders.

Process Ownership

  • Extend support at times of internal and external audits.
  • Maintain repository of relevant documents in line with pricing, finance and commercial policies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all customer contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Ensure right system provisions with prescribed sign-offs of leadership team.
  • Own inputs and maintenance of any cash-up and/or trade promo planning tool(s) along with operationalization with and adoption among key users.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar role in an FMCG or consumer goods company.
  • Experience in FMCG or consumer goods is essential
  • Strong Accounts Receiveable (AR) management and collection experience
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, audit requirements, and risk management.
  • Experience in customer account reconciliation and dispute resolution.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to generate actionable business insights.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial agreements, pricing structures, and distributor management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and external distributors.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align financial strategies with broader business goals.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, adaptability to changing market conditions, and attention to detail.

  • Sales Teams (Country, Regional, Key Accounts)
  • Operations Teams
  • Finance Teams
