Job Title: Commercial Manager
Industry: HVAC/MEP Contracting
Salary: Up to AED 15,000
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.
Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
Prepare annual financial reports and ensure timely filing of FTA returns.
Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and warranties.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
Oversee all legal affairs and ensure proper management of legal documentation.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
7–10 years of commercial/finance experience, preferably within engineering, HVAC, or construction.
7 years minimum work experience is required.
Must be below 40 years of age.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
